We believe that searches by high school district get more valid results, and often make it easier, combining two good “sister-towns” into a single search.
The following loaded links offer homes “active and available” with 3 bedrooms or more in the Triad High School District.
To do a more customized search, please go to our MLS-browser page, hit "Search by School", and set up your own specifications. On the default “Advanced” page, 1st select "Search by Area", then input other search specs, and finally the high school district (1 or more) from the lower right options of the same first browser page.

The Triad High School District includes Troy, St. Jacob and Marine, and a few addresses of other communities on all sides.
Because this is a large district with three distinct communities, it may be the one exception to the suggestion to sort by high school districts, sorting them by city address instead.
