And we think that’s a good thing! The term “Preferred Listings” found on most real estate sites means “Our Company Listings”…and remember, this company has no listings…hasn’t taken a single one in 16 years!
It’s the cornerstone of our business model, in fact! It’s explained in several places. There are three automatic benefits….complete freedom from conflicts of interest…absolute objectivity in the market place…and no “dual agency”, ever.
And remember, because of our open access to the MLS, and emphasis on collecting non-listed properties to add to our purchase options, we usually have more to show our buyer clients than do traditional realty firms.
But no “Preferred Listings”! We don’t care what you buy as it’s the best possible choice. We have no allegiances to any sellers anywhere. We won’t get anxious about selling our own listings first because we don’t have any! Not a one!
We might also show you a marketing phrase we’ve otherwise found difficult to use. Without the context provided here, it’s a bit abstract…and perhaps a bit too cute!
