The basic objective of "Exclusive Buyer Brokerage" is to create a setting whereby buyers can make home buying decisions in an aura of confidence and trust, with an agent and an agency on their side, aware that they have had the options and facts available to make unemotional, fact-based decisions in timely fashion, satisfied that the process and the results are the best available, their personal best interests ultimately served!  That AND, comfort, convenience and confidence.

• We are a Real Estate Agency, with licensed real estate agents, belong to the MLS, and we have all of that inventory available to our clients, (and more, as we'll show, as we add fsbo's and "new builds".
  

• We have chosen however, a revolutionary business model....we only serve buyers.

• We’re the only “Exclusive Buyers Office” and the only office specializing in relocations in SW Illinois, the concept especially well suited to relocating families,  (see cross country.)

•  Additionally serving local buyers, however....the concept serves as well.
