The Concept of "Exclusive Buyer Representation"

Our original mission remains unchanged: to provide ultimate buyer-centered real estate services with uncompromixing care, integrity and loyalty.....that which we would want for ourselves and our family....all based upon, or enabled by Exclusive Buyer Representation.


More than 20 years ago, we determined that our specifications could only prevail if  we served buyers exclusively.   Now, more than 3000 clients later, we remain the only agency in Southwestern Illinois practicing exclusively with buyers.  Our clients love it this way, and so do we!

This is a very accurate, quick description, and she's talking of exactly the kind of service we, and others like us nationwide, provide.   There are a few over 3000 practitioners nationwide, so we have 6 of those in our offices.  The only thing that I might argue with is the phrase about "on our high horse".....and yet, maybe she's right.   I bear awful criticism of my enthusiasm for the concept.  They even put a sign on my door, "The Department of Redundancy Department!"  Merrill
