NAEBA

Formed in February of 1995, we belong to, and were founding members of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents.

Reluctantly received at first by the profession, the movement nevertheless has achieved a well-defined niche in the realty world with growing identity not only in the profession, but in all important national consumer groups and the home buying public. Informed people clearly see the difference and embrace it as the “higher road”.
The "Standards of Practice" for NAEBA members, created within several months of NAEBA’s first meeting still prevails as the “model” for service. It’s in our right vertical menu: “Library/Exclusive/Standards of Practice”.
The association also has developed educational and certification programs, a code of ethics and a national referral network for members. Central to the referral system is a web site: http://www.naeba.org.
Merill was deeply involved with much of this development. His “Scrapbook” is provided on all of our web sites…right vertical menu: Stories/NAEBA Scrapbook.
We're extremely pleased to have been a pioneering member of this organization and to have been so deeply involved. Merrill considers it a lifetime highlight.
The picture on the left shows Merrill "rubbing elbows" with Ralph Nader, a strong supporter of NAEBA's principles.
On the right, Merrill, as President, awarded fellow NAEBA board member a "Minuteman" award for her service on the board, part of his theme used that year, "A Revolution in the way America buys its homes!"
