This is intended to gather current market stats and trends.  

"Market Blogs" will gather both our comments and appropriate media reprints.

"Stats by Town" is a collection of data from our MLS showing market activity and character by various towns over the last several years.   It's intended to create a table where the stats can be compared side by side.  We believe there is a strong correlation here between historic market activity and future resale characteristics.

"Zillow" connects a user directly with a Zillow page reflecting general market trends in our overall area.

The 3rd and 4th second row buttons on the home page connect users directly with:

(3rd) last months "sold" activity in the Edwardsville High School District, and

(4th) graphs of recent market activity in the Edwardsville area.
