The Search for Your Next Home

And it starts with the most important thing; searching for homes!

To get right to the "search tool", go directly to "Custom Searches" on the menu to the left.   The "default" setting is "Advanced" which is easiest to use when searching by High School District, our strong recommendation. 

The "Search by School" button will take you to pre-defined sorts for the Edwardsville High School District, (which includes Glen Carbon and several other smaller nearby towns.).

Extra support:

1) We're ready to help with an analysis of the location and resale qualities of any specific home.  You can send that to us right from the search results page, or send an MLS number or address by email.

2)   We would be pleased to set up a "tracker" for new listings in our office.   (You could set it up yourself with a tab below, but we have a bit more information available...days on market and taxes for starters.)  Notify us with general specifications by email or phone.
