Sold Data (April 2013) from the O'Fallon High School Area

Here's a link to a summary of April, 2013 closings in the O'Fallon High School Area.   The data will give the address, the asking price, the selling price and the days on the market, plus other summary data (see the key below.)    The data will separate "New" (N) homes and "Pre-owned" (S) homes, and provide separate, then combined summaries.

Additionally, by clicking on the address, you can access a locational map and a thumbnail picture.

But what appears to be a link on the MLS number won't work.   (They would if this were fresh.) If you have specific interest in the details of any home sold, either ask us for it, or use that number (actually the MLS number,) on the browser on any of our websites.
